Dr. Adolf Malik, DNP, APRN, completed his master’s degree at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, followed by a post-master’s and a doctoral degree in nursing practice at Winston-Salem State University, NC. He also completed a post-doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health practice at Frontier Nursing University. He is board-certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry; a Family Nurse Practitioner, a DOT Medical Examiner, and a SAMHSA (X-Waiver) addiction provider.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I work with people living with trauma and PTSD, including the aftermath of crime and moments of real crisis. A lot of my work also deals with the weight people carry from what the world expects of them: the pressures that come with being a woman or a man, the small daily slights, discrimination, and inequality that add up over the years.

Outside of session you'll usually find me running, on a yoga mat, or watching basketball. I'm convinced cooking and gardening count as therapy too.

I provide personalized and focused men's health that includes the psychological, biological, and spiritual domains of health and wellness. I am a dual board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry, so I understand and can treat the whole person. My doctoral studies focused on integrative medicine with an emphasis on men's health. I also have degrees in pastoral counseling and biblical exposition, so I am able to offer faith-forward mental health care for those who desire an integrated Christian experience.

Dr. Idowu Oshokoya DNP is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Chicago, IL. He works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and provides care for patients who are battling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolars, and other mental disorders. Idowu studied at Walden University, He has extensive training and 10 years of experience with behavioral health.

I am a Christian Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My faith in the Holy Trinity of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit greatly shape my life, and my work. I believe you have everything you need within you to achieve your goals and heal.
