I have been a therapist for over twenty five years with a varied background including hospice, nursing homes, home care and individual counseling settings. I became a licensed, clinical social worker after graduating from the University of IL-Urbana 30 years ago.

My name is Flor Eldridge. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I can help equip you with techniques necessary to cope with your life challenges. I’ve been in the helping field for over 15 years. I have experience working with all ages and all walks of life.

When I am not working, I enjoy time with family and friends, and traveling.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California and Illinois, and can see clients from both states. I have worked with clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationships issues, addictions, stress management, sport and performance, bipolar disorder, and binge eating disorder. My therapy style is personable, connected, focused, and attuned.

I'm a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) with over 16 years of experience across private practice, residential substance abuse treatment, medical social work, and the non-profit world. I've sat with people in their hardest, most overwhelming moments, and I bring that same steady, non-judgmental presence to every session.

Much of my work centers on substance use and recovery, complex trauma, and the emotional toll of chronic medical conditions. Tonette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tonette began her career working with incarcerated juvenile males, in the substance use field. Tonette has experience working with the adult population, focusing on things like: anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse and sexual assault/domestic violence. In addition, Tonette worked in both community and residential settings throughout her career.
