After a successful career in engineering, I followed my calling to become a counselor and earned my Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling from Crown College. I'm passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and hope by providing a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, and life transitions using practical, evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's unique needs. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, deepen their connection, and build healthy, lasting relationships.

I am Dr. Crystal Holt, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate and sixteen years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I bring a cultural fluency and lived awareness into the room that credentials alone cannot teach. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic conditions, infertility, maternal mental health, and the full, complicated range of what it means to be a person navigating a world that does not always slow down long enough to let you heal.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background from working with military, children and family’s, substance abuse, mental health and other populations. I graduated with my masters degree in 2016 from the University of Southern Mississippi located in Longbeach Mississippi after my military service. I like for anyone that I and providing services a service to feel safe and open.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate College, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

I’m also a Master Addiction Counselor (since 2005), a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist.
