My name is ShunQuita Greene and I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with mental health challenges

My practice is unique because I provide a holistic, client centered approach. I will also work with your medical treatment team to coordinate care and be an available resource.

I am passionate about this work because it is my belief that we are all capable of healing and becoming the best version of ourselves despite any challenges that we may encounter throughout our journey to wholeness.

I grew up in Georgia and attended Georgia State University for both my bachelor's degree in psychology and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Georgia State University. On my leisure time, I exercise, I play sports, and I enjoy doing obstacles races. People often describe me as trustworthy, approachable and kind.

I am Jesmond Fair, born and raised in rural Alabama and later became an alumnus of The University of Alabama. I completed all my graduate training at UGA and am calling Atlanta home. I am a gay Black Christian cis-gender male. For most moments of the day, I have a random song on repeat in my head. This can be attributed to my background in vocal and instrumental music. I believe in being real. So, clients can expect facial reactions, slang, occasional profanity, laughter, and even tears.

Hello and welcome! I’m a ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) License in GA, MD, and North Dakota. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

My practice focuses on treating a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, addiction recovery and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.

After spending 12 years working in the legal field, having 3 children, and ensuring my son with special needs had the support he needed to reach his potential, which he did beautifully, I decided to follow my (other) passion. Went back to school in 2016 to earn my Masters in Social Work, which allowed me to follow my dream - helping people find their voice, their identify, their peace, their power and their ability to grow.
