My counseling career started at my church after obtaining a Master's Degree in Arts, focusing on Christian Counseling-Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counseling, followed by a Ph.D. in Divinity. I furthered my education with a Master's Degree in Science, specializing in Counseling and Psychology-Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am an independent psychotherapist at Channeled Paths where I take pleasure in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds to feel valued, heard, and joyful.

I have been in the Mental Health field for over 35 years and Have wide knowledge and experience. I won't say I've seen it all because I firmly believe in the uniqueness of each individual.I have a B.A. in English from St Joseph's university in Philadelphia and a Masters degree in Social Work from Atlanta University.Probably my favorite things to do is Couples therapy. I am a certified IMAGO relationship therapist and believe that more than anything else it is the state of our relationships that determine our overall happiness or despair.I am in the process of being certified in TEAM CBT Which is a very effective therapy especially for Depression and Anxiety.I have a particular interest and experience treating adult ADHD

National certification in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and director of a mental health and substance abuse clinic.

I graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Social Psychology and Social Relations while at the same time obtaining an undergraduate Certification in Social Work from Moravian College. In 2007, I returned to school and, in 2009, received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family from Valdosta State University. I have been a therapist for more than 15 years.
