I’m a LCSW with a background in behavioral health and trauma care, including supporting service members and veterans. I work with adults who may look like they’re holding it all together while carrying stress, anxiety, past experiences, or major life changes. I have 16 years of counseling experience and work with teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I also support clients dealing with panic, OCD, sleep concerns, relationship issues, family conflict, and substance use.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I take an open-minded, holistic, and solution-oriented approach, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I provide therapy in English and French.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, I believe that a warm, non-judgmental connection is the foundation of meaningful healing. I work with men, adolescent males, veterans, and military members who are dealing with trauma, substance use, domestic violence, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship conflict, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You might feel stuck in patterns that are damaging your relationships, affecting your sense of identity, or leaving you feeling ashamed, angry, emotionally disconnected, or out of control. My work also involves betrayal trauma, conduct disorders and men overwhelmed with power, privilege and identity issues.
