I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based practices including TF-MCBT (Trauma-Focused Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) while creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and seen. I am Dr. Robinette Muse, licensed professional counselor with a practice in Newnan,Georgia. I have practiced for twenty seven years and have been in the behavioral health field 40 years. My primary specialty is trauma and grief counseling and I treat ages four to ninety.

I have practiced in the community and in clinic settings, private and public mental health. My focus with my clients is to help them heal and thrive.

Personally I spend my non work time gardening and learning naturopathic healing. I am a proud mother of one son and a new daughter-in-love.

Alliance of Hope offers office based counseling as well as community based therapy. I also offer Supervision for growing clinicians. I have certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parenting, Trauma Focused Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Domestic Violence Assessment and Treatment, Emotionally Focused Therapy, addictions, and play therapy. I have worked with many behavioral problems in children and adolescents, as well as adults.

Experiences and educational background include: Bachelors degree in Zoology and Physiology, Masters in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology/Zoology, Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. National certification in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and director of a mental health and substance abuse clinic.

I have 30 years of experience of helping those with those who have mental health, addictions and relationship problems. I am honored to help all who seek help with any of these issues. I help clients find solutions in a safe and non-judgmental place.
