I’m a LCSW with a background in behavioral health and trauma care, including supporting service members and veterans. I work with adults who may look like they’re holding it all together while carrying stress, anxiety, past experiences, or major life changes. I provide a warm, supportive space to help you feel understood and create meaningful change.

Hi, I'm Manas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years experience working with clients from all walks of life. I've focused on helping individuals through anxiety, low self-esteem, major life changes, issues in relationships, low confidence, anger problems, stress related to education, issues at work, and addiction. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In my free time I enjoy music, movies, art, poetry, family, and friends.
