I am passionate about serving people helping to rebuild trust, restore relationships, and move beyond struggles with trauma, addiction, intimacy, depression and brokenness.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults facing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and the complicated overlap between the two. Much of my career has been spent in crisis stabilization, residential treatment, PHP, and IOP, supporting clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. That experience has shaped how I show up in the therapy room: grounded, direct, and deeply respectful of how hard change can be.

I put my clients’ best interests at the center of our work. I take time to truly listen so you feel heard, respected, and supported, and I focus on adding real value to each session—not just talking in circles. With extensive training and multiple certifications, I’m able to connect with people from many different backgrounds and meet you exactly where you are.

I am a native of Coastal Georgia. He attended St. Leo University, where I obtained my undergraduate degree in Human Resources. I went on to obtain two Master’s degrees: one in Public Administration, from Columbus State University and the other in Clinical Counseling, from South University.

I welcome children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I strive to create a space where every person feels heard, respected, and understood. Whether you're facing a difficult transition, navigating conflict in your relationships, or looking for healthier ways to cope, my goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

I’m a LCSW with a background in behavioral health and trauma care, including supporting service members and veterans. I work with adults who may look like they’re holding it all together while carrying stress, anxiety, past experiences, or major life changes. I provide a warm, supportive space to help you feel understood and create meaningful change.
