I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who strongly believes mental wellness is the framework for a well-balanced a healthy lifestyle. The most challenging part is asking for help and you've jumped that hurdle. I have been in nursing for over 10 years with a background in med-surg, cardio telemetry, emergency medicine and psychiatric care. Regardless of the setting, I have witnessed many patients struggle, but most importantly, I have also witnessed patients pull-through and overcome. I've treated patients with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and a list of others.

I have 16 years of counseling experience and work with teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. My counseling career started at my church after obtaining a Master's Degree in Arts, focusing on Christian Counseling-Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counseling, followed by a Ph.D. in Divinity. I furthered my education with a Master's Degree in Science, specializing in Counseling and Psychology-Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am an independent psychotherapist at Channeled Paths where I take pleasure in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds to feel valued, heard, and joyful.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD. I hold a LMFT/LCMFT license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Kansas. I earned my PhD. in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.
