I have over 17 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families in crisis. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and hold additional certifications as a Master Addictions Counselor and a Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor. For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and 11 years as an LPC. I am dedicated to providing high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I help people overcome various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and work-related issues. I have experience in addressing intense crises as well as daily stressors.

I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Mercer University. I received my master's in clinical mental health from Mercer as well. I have been in practice for almost 10 years in one capacity or another. I have my LPC in the state of Georgia.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions that may feel overwhelming or destabilizing. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is showing up before you even know what you want out of it. If you're feeling stuck, frustrated, or like something needs to change but you can't quite name what, that's exactly where we start. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, and the kind of life experiences that feel too big to sort out alone. You don't need to come in with clear goals. We'll figure that out together.
