For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and 11 years as an LPC. I am dedicated to providing high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I help people overcome various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, and work-related issues. I have experience in addressing intense crises as well as daily stressors.

I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Mercer University. I received my master's in clinical mental health from Mercer as well. I have been in practice for almost 10 years in one capacity or another. I have my LPC in the state of Georgia.

My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is showing up before you even know what you want out of it. If you're feeling stuck, frustrated, or like something needs to change but you can't quite name what, that's exactly where we start. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, and the kind of life experiences that feel too big to sort out alone. You don't need to come in with clear goals. We'll figure that out together.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnosis, and medication management for various disorders. She provides expert care for patients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.
