I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. While I work with clients facing a variety of concerns and come from all walks of life, I especially enjoy working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I continued my studies at Florida International University to earn a Master of Science with a major in Psychology and became a Certified Sex Therapist in 2008. Most recently, I completed a Master of Oriental Medicine in 2021. I utilize information and techniques learned in my studies to assist people in developing tools to improve their lives.
