I’m Diera Woodard, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical tools for real change. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and peace.

I graduated from The Ohio State University with my DNP in 2020 focusing on efficient pathways to implement depression screening post-stroke to identify mental health needs. After working a couple years as a nurse practitioner within neurosurgery, I transitioned from Ohio to Florida and pursued my PMHNP certification from Florida State University. Over the past 5 years I have been treating psychiatric needs in LTC around Florida. I am currently working to expand into independent practice and work personally with individuals creating a therapeutic relationship and enhancing their mental health.

Marsel Kogan is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner providing evidence-based care for adults. He specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with a collaborative, goal-focused approach. With experience in outpatient psychiatry, urgent care, and occupational medicine, he offers whole-person care. He is bilingual in Russian and English.

I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in mental health. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I work with individuals across the lifespan to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using a patient-centered approach, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered in their healing journey.

You may turn to substances when emotions become overwhelming, find yourself reacting with anger you later regret, or feel trapped between anxiety, depression, and painful experiences from your past. I provide virtual individual and family therapy in English and Spanish for adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Florida, with a focus on substance use and addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma. I also support clients navigating family and relationship issues, PTSD, grief and loss, stress, major life transitions, women’s issues, maternal mental health, identity concerns, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and eating disorders when these challenges intersect with the primary reasons they seek therapy. My goal is to help you understand what is keeping you stuck, reconnect with your strengths, and develop healthier ways to move forward.

I hold a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, a second master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Barry University.

Hi! I'm Dr. Miller, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in mental health and wellness care. My journey has taken me from earning my BSN at Barry University to my MSN and FNP at the University of Miami, a Post-Master's as a Psych NP from the University of Alabama, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from FIU. That depth of training means I bring both clinical expertise and genuine, hard-earned wisdom to every person I work with.
