I began my career working with children and quickly expanded my expertise to include adults and couples. Throughout my 26 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome trauma and unexpected life struggles. Watching my clients transition from "surviving" to "thriving" remains the most inspiring part of my work.

Hey there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving as a mental health therapist for young adults and on. Although I have the training, experience, and privilege to be a therapist, I understand that you are the one who has walked in your shoes the longest. I am a passionate therapist who wants to listen, get to know you, and work collaboratively to reach the goals and vision you have for yourself, even if you're not too sure what those "visions and goals" may look like yet. Though it may feel tough and sound like a lot of work, I am so excited to be in your corner on this journey with you! Together, we can process and work towards reaching the change and growth you are seeking.

I am a kind, open-minded person who genuinely values listening and understanding others. I believe that some of the most meaningful connections begin with simply feeling heard. I have an extensive background and passion for psychology, and I am endlessly fascinated by the brain, the mind, and how deeply connected they are to our emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my cats, and traveling whenever I get the opportunity. I naturally enjoy helping others navigate life’s challenges, whether that involves problem-solving, relationships, emotional struggles, or finding new perspectives during difficult times. Helping people better understand themselves and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives is something that brings me genuine purpose.

I also hold a special passion for supporting our military, veterans, and first responders. Being married to one has given me a deeper appreciation and understanding of the sacrifices made by these individuals and their families. I believe the men and women who have served and protected our country are among our nation’s greatest assets, and I feel deeply committed to helping support their mental health, resilience, and quality of life as they continue carrying burdens many others may never fully understand.

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. I’ve been at Wekiva Springs Center since 2022, and have experience with patients all over the spectrum from mood disorders, to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.

Personally and professionally, I pride myself on my rapport with everyone that I encounter. I have genuine and unconditional respect and patience for others. I remain objective and non-judgmental, while still developing close working relationships that are productive and challenging. I specialize in improving thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and outcomes.

I enjoy working in music production, and share music therapy exercises often. I look forward to delving into any interests that you are looking to pursue. It is very important to discover your talents and develop confidence in articulating and communicating thoughts and feelings. These can be great coping skills, recreation, or even a potential career.

I work with adults, including neurodivergent individuals, who want to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and feel more steady and connected in their daily lives. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to be fully yourself.

I am a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in mental health and primary care, committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I earned my advanced practice degree from Wilkes University and have experience working with diverse populations across various clinical settings.

My approach is collaborative and holistic—I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I utilize evidence-based treatments, including medication management when appropriate, and incorporate supportive and solution-focused approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. My goal is to help clients achieve stability, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life.
