If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, or emotional burnout, therapy can help you regain clarity and control. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your full experience—not just symptoms—so you can move toward lasting, meaningful change and feel more grounded in your daily life.
Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or mood changes that make everyday life feel heavy? You don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Dr. Denise Williams, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and over 14 years of experience in psychiatry. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for teens (12+) and adults through convenient, 100% virtual telehealth visits.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, grief, and stress. I have a special interest in women's mental health, and I'm deeply honored to work with veterans and their unique experiences.
My background in psychiatric crisis stabilization and correctional mental health taught me to meet every person where they are, with no judgment. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, races, and cultures, because culturally humble, affirming care is essential, not optional.
