My approach to therapy is direct, with the use of humor, analogies, and metaphors; I try to bring every thing together to help make sense in a world that can be confusing. Together we can tackle whatever difficult situation may be occurring in your life and get to the other side.

I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and bring experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. As a bilingual counselor, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, trauma, grief, life transitions, betrayal and infidelity, self-esteem challenges, and stress. I also enjoy supporting couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. For clients who desire it, I can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process while welcoming individuals from all beliefs and backgrounds.

Dr. Vallejo is a bilingual (Spanish/English), bicultural licensed psychologist based in Wisconsin. She works with adults of all ages presenting with a variety of concerns, including challenging relationships with families of origin, difficulties with understanding and expressing emotions, first gen and immigrant experiences, race-based stress, ADHD, concerns with physical health, and mood disorders.

Hello! I’m Christine Dassow, LMHC, NCC, ADHD-CCSP, & HealthRHYTHMS drumming facilitator. I earned my degrees at the University of FL & have 25 yrs of experience, with over 10 yrs working in the college population, so young adults are my specialty age group. I can't wait to help you with a variety of concerns in our telehealth sessions, but my expertise is in anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), academic struggles, self-esteem, adjustment/transitions, & personal development.

I grew up in central Florida and earned my Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, followed by a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. During graduate school, I gained experience working in a treatment facility and with college students at USF, advocating for children’s educational needs while they balanced mental health treatment. This exposure led to my interest in behavior-focused therapy, particularly in using exposure techniques.

I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, Tourette's, and disordered eating.
