As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, I feel a profound calling to support active-duty service members, veterans, and our first responder community. Hello, I’m Star. I am a Licensed Mental Health and Addictions Counselor and am currently returning to school to pursue a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, with the goal of holistically integrating mental and physical well-being.
