I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing telehealth therapy to adults and couples in South Carolina and Florida. I work with individuals and couples who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often related to relationship stress, anxiety, life transitions, or faith-related concerns.

My professional background is rooted in relational and systems-based therapy, with focused experience in working with couples, marital conflict, communication breakdowns, emotional regulation, and identity or self-worth concerns. I frequently support clients navigating separation decisions, trust issues, chronic stress, and relational uncertainty.

For clients who desire it, I also offer a biblically based, psychologically and therapeutically validated approach, thoughtfully integrating faith with evidence-based clinical care.

I'm a seasoned clinical social worker licensed in New York and Florida who has worked with all ages. I have my Bachelor's degree from Russell Sage College Troy, New York in Sociology and Psychology. I received my Master's degree from The State University of New York at Albany with a focus on individual counseling. I've been a therapist for 16 years.
