I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping clients move past what's holding them back from being their best selves. I am a proud alumnus of North Carolina Central University (B.A.) and Nova Southeastern University (M.S., Mental Health Counseling). I welcome clients from all walks of life and every stage of the journey, whether you're new to therapy or returning. I have a decade of experience working in and around crisis, guiding individuals through the dark. I am currently licensed in FL and AL, as well as hold additional certifications in trauma-informed therapy and addictions.

I am board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in adolescent and young adult psychiatry. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University with specialized training in psychiatry. For the last five year I have held various leadership positions for a local residential treatment center for teens that specializes in complex trauma treatment.

I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in mental health. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I work with individuals across the lifespan to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using a patient-centered approach, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered in their healing journey.
