I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, and substance use concerns.

I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change, regardless of where they are in their journey. Therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about discovering your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping, and building a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a psychiatric mental health specialization and have experience treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and life stressors.

As a South Florida native,I value the connection between physical and mental health and take a whole-person approach to care. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Elizabeth Lerner received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications and Sociology from the University of Miami in 1993 and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in 1995. She became licensed in 1998 and is a qualified supervisor for those seeking Florida licensure.
