Have you ever felt like you're showing up for everyone else, but somewhere along the way, you've lost sight of yourself?Hi, I'm Molly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family conflict, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, identity and LGBTQIA+-related concerns, women's issues, and substance use and addiction recovery. I also have a special interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting new and expecting parents through maternal mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and supported in whatever brings you to therapy, no matter how big or small it may seem. I bring warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity to every session.
I primarily treat patients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as conditions such as OCD, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is holistic, addressing the physiological, cognitive, and emotional aspects of mental health to support overall well-being.

Most people who finally reach out have been putting it off for a while, waiting to feel ready or wondering whether what they're going through is serious enough to count. Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn about my practice. I am Ramon Recio, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than thirty years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most difficult chapters. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and completed doctoral coursework in Counselor Education and Supervision. My career has spanned community mental health centers, hospital systems, and private practice in both New York City and the greater Tampa Bay area, including my current work as a Behavioral Health Psychotherapist at BayCare Behavioral Health, St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Over the years I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients: adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions; couples and families seeking to repair and strengthen their relationships; individuals in recovery from substance use; veterans; and people from culturally diverse backgrounds, including children with developmental challenges and their families. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I welcome clients who prefer to be served in either language.
Outside of credentials and titles, what I most want you to know is this: I am warm, energetic, and genuinely curious about the people I work with. I believe each person carries strengths that are often hidden beneath what they came to therapy to address, and a meaningful part of our work together will be uncovering and using those strengths. I also recognize that for many clients, spirituality, faith, or a personal sense of meaning is an important part of their lives. I am respectful of every client’s belief system and integrate that dimension only when, and how, you want it included.
I have a heart for walking with people who are looking for someone to listen and care about their unique circumstances. I work with both couples and individuals; some specializations include marital counseling, grief, addiction, anxiety, depression, spiritual/existential discernment, trauma, suicidal ideation, family dysfunction, and career counseling.
I earned an MSW from Tulane School of Social Work in 1989 and am a clinical social worker. I also practice Psychodrama and am a graduate of the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute in NY. I work primarily with musicians, actors & writers. I have a long history of working in non-profit agencies and schools, providing top notch care to disadvantaged and oppressed adolescents and families.
I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, coping skills, and confidence at your own pace.
