Hello, my name is Aracelys Cruz, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I completed my advanced training in psychiatric nursing at FNU/PMHNP-BC. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them feel heard, respected, and empowered. A Florida and Polk County native, Mirtha is a graduate of Frostproof High School. She is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Polk State and a Master's of Nursing from USF. In 2023 Mirtha earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatry from Florida Atlantic University. However, her journey as a mental health provider began in 2020 when she became certified through the Academy of Christian Counseling, as a mental health coach. Then in January of 2025 she became an active member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL) a healing ministry.

Mirtha has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion is caring for individuals struggling with mental health issues. She has been volunteering with the youth in her community for over 7 years and also has experience working in a domestic violence shelter with victims of trauma.

Hi, I’m Clarrissa Hazel. I’m Caribbean-born, a preacher’s kid, and someone who deeply values faith, family, culture, resilience, and personal growth. I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, working through addiction, or trying to become a healthier version of themselves. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and work through patterns that may be creating distance.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged — not judged. I have nearly a decade of experience working with a variety of individuals with many backgrounds. I emphasize the importance of a trauma-informed and supportive approach. I have expertise in treating a number of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma. I offer a number of modalities, including CBT, MI, DBT, EMDR and IFS.
