I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and helping them feel confident throughout the process. My goal is always to make clients feel heard, supported, and satisfied with the results.
Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, frustrated, or stuck. Whether you're struggling with focus and organization, generalized or social anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, burnout, sleep difficulties, or the challenges that come with major life changes, I'm here to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, supportive treatment, and medication management for adults throughout Florida via telehealth. My areas of focus include women's mental health, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, life transitions, stress management, and healthcare burnout. I also provide an eight session ADHD skills therapy program that helps with planning, organization skills, and understanding executive dysfunction.
I believe the best care happens when you feel comfortable, involved, and supported throughout your treatment journey. Together, we'll work to better understand your concerns, identify your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs and your life.
I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're already carrying a lot. I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to helping you better understand yourself and navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
With over five years of experience in private practice and nonprofit mental health, I help teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My background also includes research experience at FIU's Center for Children and Families and the THRIVE Clinic at the University of Miami Hospital.
I believe meaningful change starts with feeling heard and understood. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together toward your goals.
I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings both learned and lived experience into the room. I’ve spent years in healthcare, particularly oncology, sitting with people through some of the hardest, messiest, most uncertain seasons of their lives. I also know that understanding mental health from a textbook and actually living through hard things are two very different kinds of education. I bring both. I’m what I like to call a two in one provider. I combine medication management and therapy because I don’t believe mental health care should stop at a prescription. Medication can absolutely be part of the answer, but so can your sleep, relationships, stress, trauma, physical health, environment, habits, and the life you’re actually living. I want the whole picture. And I keep it real. I’m warm, direct, honest, and yes, there will probably be humor. You don’t need the perfect words or a polished version of yourself with me. We figure out what’s actually going on, what isn’t working, and what makes sense for you. Because the goal isn’t just to feel “less bad.” It’s to help you feel more like yourself again.
I got my start working in a residential setting, supporting people through serious mental health challenges, trauma, and addiction. That experience shaped how I see therapy, it’s not just clinical, it’s about feeling understood and not alone in what you’re going through. I now work with people dealing with things like trauma, emotional ups and downs, and substance use, and I’m trained in EMDR. While I have experience with more intense situations, I also work with people who feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected and want to understand why.
Empathetic, Community-Focused Mental Health Care from the Comfort of Home.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health support to my community. My mission is to bridge the gap in healthcare access by offering high-quality telehealth services that meet you exactly where you are.
With a background rooted in the "whole-person" nursing philosophy, I believe that mental wellness is more than just the absence of symptoms—it is about achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life or managing a chronic condition, I am here to listen, support, and collaborate with you on a personalized path to wellness.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, body image concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach is evidence-based and individualized. Rather than relying on a single therapy model, I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and attachment-informed interventions to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
My professional experience extends beyond my years as an independently licensed clinician. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health and specialized eating disorder treatment across the full continuum of care, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapy. This breadth of experience allows me to support clients with complex needs at every stage of recovery.
I have a particular passion for helping individuals heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to understand themselves more deeply, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting change.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and am passionate about increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care for Hispanic individuals and families.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
