My name is Tristin Ramsay, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY in 2017. I have been a practicing counselor ever since. I have experience working with many different populations as well as with children, teens and adults. I have worked in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life changes, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss and behavioral issues.

I earned my MA in Counseling from the University of South Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC. I have been working with children, teens and young adults for 25 years. I grew up in central Florida and earned my Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, followed by a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. During graduate school, I gained experience working in a treatment facility and with college students at USF, advocating for children’s educational needs while they balanced mental health treatment. This exposure led to my interest in behavior-focused therapy, particularly in using exposure techniques.

I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, Tourette's, and disordered eating.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Art and earned my Master of Science in Art Therapy from Florida State University.

Hi, I’m Jenn, a licensed mental health counselor with more than four years of experience working with individuals and groups. I specialize in adult ADHD, LGBTQIA+ identities, substance use, and mood disorders. I love what I do, and I bring that passion to the therapy space for every session. I try to integrate a warm and approachable style using authenticity, humor, and empathy.
