While working on my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I worked with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and then with individuals under psychiatric care. After graduate school, I was a clinician for individuals and families in the Miami-Dade Community where I provided therapy focusing on addressing trauma, life stressors, anxiety, depression, and development of life skills and coping mechanisms. I then worked with patients and families navigating complex medical issues, life transitions, and grief. I specialize in working with individuals living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, LGBTQIA+, and women’s mental health.

I'm a board-certified PMHNP with 16 years of nursing experience across home health, care management, hospice, and palliative care. That background shapes how I practice: I treat the whole person, knowing that emotional, mental, and physical health are deeply connected.
