I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and complex mental health needs.

I have experience working across high-acuity hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, and community-based care, which allows me to support individuals through both everyday challenges and more complex clinical situations. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected.

I’m Arasay Montero, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, insomnia, personality disorders, and other mental health challenges.

I’ve spent much of my life on and around the water, which has taught me that both the ocean and life can shift quickly from calm to unpredictable. Those experiences shape my approach to therapy: learning not to fight the current, but to move through it with awareness and resilience. I offer a grounded and compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore the parts of life that feel heavy or stuck, while feeling both supported and gently challenged. Our work together is collaborative and rooted in curiosity, honesty, and deep respect for your story. Alongside my clinical training and two master’s degrees, my years living and working throughout Southeast Asia have given me experience supporting people from diverse cultural, spiritual, and relational backgrounds.

Hi, I'm Diana — a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals and families, including older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. My background spans schools, foster care, supportive housing for youth, and outpatient mental health across New York and Florida. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly understands your culture, your language, and the pressures you carry — whether that's family expectations, being the one everyone else leans on, health changes, caregiving, or figuring out who you are apart from everyone else's needs. Many of the people I work with are holding it together for everyone around them while quietly running on empty. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel understood, in whichever language feels most like home.
