Professionally, I am a Miami-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to clients across Florida. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work in Indianapolis and my Master of Social Work in Miami. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with people navigating some of life's most difficult moments.

My experience includes providing therapeutic services within a homeless shelter's substance use treatment program, as well as working in an inpatient hospital setting. I have supported individuals through addiction and substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, medical crises, and major life transitions. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), harm reduction, solution-focused brief therapy, and positive psychology, and I tailor my approach to what actually fits your life and goals. I am no stranger to difficult conversations, and I want my clients to know that no thought or feeling is unwelcome in our therapeutic space.

Every individual, regardless of background, identity, or lived experience, is welcome in my practice. Whether you are working through recovery, grieving a loss, managing anxiety or depression, or facing a major life change, I would be glad to support you.

I'm a seasoned clinical social worker licensed in New York and Florida who has worked with all ages. I have my Bachelor's degree from Russell Sage College Troy, New York in Sociology and Psychology. I received my Master's degree from The State University of New York at Albany with a focus on individual counseling. I've been a therapist for 16 years.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD,

obsessive compulsive disorder, addiction, panic attacks, trauma, grief and loss, geriatric issues, stress-related disorders, bipolar disorders and schizophrenia.

I have 26 years of experience dealing with individuals, couples, families in therapy. We will work together to develop plans that are unique and right for you.

I earned an MSW from Tulane School of Social Work in 1989 and am a clinical social worker. I also practice Psychodrama and am a graduate of the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute in NY. I work primarily with musicians, actors & writers. I have a long history of working in non-profit agencies and schools, providing top notch care to disadvantaged and oppressed adolescents and families.

Jeffry has over a decade of clinical experience working with adults and adolescents. He is a licensed clinician in the state of Florida, New Jersey, and New York. Since graduating from The University of Central Florida with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in clinical social work, he has been committed to implementing a holistic approach to psychotherapy.

Hi, I’m Casey. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of Nexus Psychiatric Services, I built this practice for people seeking exceptional clinical care from an approachable, down-to-earth provider.

My professional foundation comes from my years of experience in the acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Navigating these high-intensity settings taught me to bring calming stability to those who are struggling, and I carry that into every outpatient telehealth visit. Today, my practice supports adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and up through the everyday challenges that arrive when living with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Beyond general psychiatric care, I offer a deep clinical commitment to neurodivergent individuals and those suffering from identity issues.
