Dr. Zaidi is Triple Board Certified in Psychiatry/Neurology, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has encompassed more than thirty years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Child, Adolescent & Family Psychiatry. Dr. Zaidi was responsible for the management of a Monmouth Medical Center Children’s Crisis Intervention Service staff and operations; establishing patient services for adolescents, including day and overnight hospitalization; and supervision of multidisciplinary staff in various settings. Dr. Zaidi served as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at the Drexel School of Medicine. As a Site Director for Psychiatry, he provided supervision and training of medical students and pediatric residents on rotation at Monmouth Medical Center for Drexel School of Medicine and the Physicians Assistants Program from UMDNJ and Seton Hall. Dr. Zaidi has seen children, adolescents, and adults in private practice for over a decade. Dr. Zaidi is certified by the Board of Education to conduct psychiatric evaluations for school districts for Monmouth and surrounding counties.

I’m a counselor and I am bilingual in English & Spanish with specialized training in substance use prevention and treatment, and I support individuals, couples, families, children, and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, or difficulties with emotional regulation, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported.

Elizabeth Lerner received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications and Sociology from the University of Miami in 1993 and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in 1995. She became licensed in 1998 and is a qualified supervisor for those seeking Florida licensure.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my main focus is helping minors and adults address problematic sexual behaviors, men’s issues, and the unique experiences of those who identify as LGBTQ+.

I also work with couples who are navigating the challenges of polyamory and exploring healthy relationship dynamics.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for clients to explore challenges related to substance use, codependency, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel collaborative, individualized, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your treatment.

I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, and personal goals. When appropriate, I also consider factors such as sleep, nutrition, physical health, and laboratory findings that may be contributing to how you feel.

Medication can be an important tool, but it’s only one part of mental health care. Together, we’ll develop a practical treatment plan focused on helping you feel better, function better, and improve your overall quality of life.

While working on my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I worked with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and then with individuals under psychiatric care. After graduate school, I was a clinician for individuals and families in the Miami-Dade Community where I provided therapy focusing on addressing trauma, life stressors, anxiety, depression, and development of life skills and coping mechanisms. I then worked with patients and families navigating complex medical issues, life transitions, and grief. I specialize in working with individuals living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, LGBTQIA+, and women’s mental health.

I’m Seth Watson, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you find balance and resilience. I pride myself on offering an easy, stress-free demeanor that makes it simple to talk openly. When it comes to medication management however, I get right down to business. I focus on addressing the problem with strong, evidence-based results, and I will always utilize a collaborative approach to ensure that every decision about your care is one we make together.

I'm a licensed therapist with more than 22 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. I've worked in community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, correctional settings, and private practice. I've sat with people in some of the hardest moments of their lives and know how to meet them there without flinching.

My primary focus is LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. That includes navigating identity, coming out at any stage of life, relationship dynamics unique to queer and same-sex partnerships, internalized stigma, minority stress, and everything that comes with living authentically in a world that doesn't always make that easy. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use and dual diagnosis, men's issues, and stress and burnout.

I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. I’ve been at Wekiva Springs Center since 2022, and have experience with patients all over the spectrum from mood disorders, to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
