My background includes work in hospitals, outpatient programs, crisis stabilization, higher education, and private practice. I hold a Ph.D. in Medical & Urban Sociology and an MSW in Mental Health from Howard University.

I specialize in helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use disorders, including co‐occurring conditions. I also welcome clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith and spirituality into therapy, as I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.
