I endeavour to help my clients manage their stressors, mood or anxiety disorders, or lack of focus/attention through medication management. I evaluate each patient holistically with an agreed upon treatment care at the end of the session. I prescribe appropriate medication or supplements based on patient's preference and depth of disorder.

I am a clinically licensed therapist who works with teens and adults. I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, relationship stress, life transitions, and self esteem concerns. I aim to create a space that feels warm, genuine, and safe. I believe therapy does not have to feel intimidating to be effective, and I often use appropriate humor to help clients feel more comfortable while doing meaningful work.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in critical care. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults 18+, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is grounded in both clinical precision and an understanding of how life circumstances impact mental health. I offer care that is thoughtful, unhurried and tailored to you.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP), Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist (TF-CBT), and Qualified Supervisor (QS) for the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the field of Psychology. In 2001, I graduated with Honors from Webster University with my Master’s degree in Counseling.

I started my career in 1995 as a Behavior Specialist, working with children and their families. After 10 years of dedicating my time to this population, I ventured out into the unchartered territory of addiction; specifically substance abuse and eating disorder. Since 2014, when I am not providing therapy locally, I travel as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC); serving our military families on military installations; in the US and abroad. In 2022, I became certified as a Yoga Teacher and Social Emotional Learning Facilitator.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders. Many of my patients come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or discouraged after struggling with symptoms that interfere with their relationships, work, school, or daily life.
