It's so hard to ask for help, isn't it? I specialize in grief, and my clients are frequently depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed by the complexity of their circumstances and emotions. I help people grieve, build resilience, and navigate a new chapter. Many of my clients are experiencing caregiver strain as they begin caring for elderly parents or spouses, and I provide guidance on a variety of stressors related to caregiving.
Hi, I’m Iris, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood changes, attention difficulties, or stress that’s making daily life harder than it should be.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. I believe mental health care should go beyond simply treating symptoms. Together, we’ll explore the factors that may be affecting how you feel—from life stressors and sleep to hormonal changes and metabolic health—and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
In addition to psychiatric medication management, I also incorporate hormone-informed mental health care and medical weight management, recognizing how closely emotional well-being, hormones, and physical health are connected.
My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered with a clear path forward.
You don’t have to navigate this alone—support is here when you’re ready.
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan focusing majorly in adults. I bring a holistic and integrative approach to treatment—addressing both emotional and physical well-being
You don't have to keep carrying what feels heavy alone. With over 15 years working across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings, I specialize in helping people navigate grief, substance use, anxiety, depression, and the patterns that are hardest to break. I work with individuals ready to release what's weighing them down: relationship challenges, life transitions, boundary setting, and more. My approach centers on building real trust first, then weaving in the techniques that fit each person. If any of this sounds like where you are, I'd love to hear what brings you here.
Great to meet you!
