I am currently accepting new clients. If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I work with adults of all ages to address past experiences, current concerns, and future goals in a welcoming, collaborative, and supportive space. If you’re looking for care that feels thoughtful, steady, and genuinely personal, we’ll create a path forward together.
Therapy with me is very human and genuine. I don’t just focus on what’s painful or stuck but help to highlight the ways in which my clients overcome life's punches. While I take this work seriously, I believe laughter can be healing and disarming in therapy.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University and have worked in a variety of settings, including the foster care system, residential treatment, and community mental health. My background includes supporting individuals navigating trauma, persistent mental health conditions, substance use, eating disorders, and major life transitions. I’ve also worked with veterans, individuals who are unhoused, and LGBTQIA2S+ clients.
In my practice, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients with PTSD, some OCD presentations, and concerns related to gender, sexuality, and queer identity. My work is trauma-informed, affirming, and rooted in helping clients feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood.
I've spent over five decades in mental health — from inpatient psychiatric settings to outpatient care — which means I've sat with people in some of their most difficult moments and helped them find a way through. I work with adults and seniors navigating bipolar disorder, grief, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, OCD, addiction, and complex challenges like dual diagnosis. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and bring a direct, open-minded approach that honors who you are. Sessions are virtual, so you can access care from wherever you're most comfortable — your home, your car, wherever works for you.
I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, coping skills, and confidence at your own pace.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to making high-quality mental health care accessible to everyone, especially individuals in underserved and rural communities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and through telehealth.
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, or another mental health concern, we’ll work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.
I combine evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach, recognizing that sleep, stress, relationships, physical health, and daily habits all play an important role in emotional well-being. My priority is helping you feel better while empowering you with the tools to thrive long after our appointments.
Welcome! My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD. I hold a LMFT/LCMFT license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Kansas. I earned my PhD. in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.
With more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate life’s emotional, psychological, and cognitive challenges. I provide psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychological evaluations, with particular experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, memory concerns, adjustment issues, and the impact of aging or medical conditions. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and individualized, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve your quality of life.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am passionate about creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly understood. My work is rooted in compassion and connection, honoring your unique experiences while helping you move toward healing, balance, and greater peace within yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, celebrate your strengths, and cultivate the meaningful change you’re seeking in your life.
