My name is Sodna Paul, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from St Thomas University. Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked as a registered nurse inpatient psychiatry, Correctional facility and medical-surgical units, which gave me a strong foundation in holistic patient care. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, with Depression and anxiety, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, Trauma and PTSD, Substance use disorders, Sleep issues and Lifestyle related mental health concerns. I use a combination of evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle coaching to help clients reach their goals.

I’m Alan Romano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I believe that many of the struggles we experience are understandable responses to life experiences rather than signs that something is inherently wrong with us.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and later completed training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic principles, and attachment theory. Rather than following a single model, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, experiences, and goals.
