Welcome to my practice! For the past past 4 years, I have been working as a board certified inpatient psychiatric APRN on an acute behavioral health unit. I have obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) at University of Saint Joseph. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate greater balance, vitality, and overall well-being in their lives. I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, disordered eating, substance use disorders, and insomnia. I earned my degree from Hunter College in New York City, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, client-centered care.
I have worked in the field of mental health and social services since I graduated with a degree is Counseling Psychology in 2015. After receiving a graduate degree in Social Work from UConn in 2020, I continued to work in the field as a clinician as a Licensed Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as of 2023. I've worked with many different populations over the years and in multiple settings including outpatient programs, school and community based services, as well as residential programs.
