I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, relationships, life transitions, grief, trauma, and recurring patterns. I have specialized training in EMDR and trauma treatment. My style is warm, paced, collaborative, and straightforward. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I began my professional life as an actress and gather learning from that career to use therapeutically. I am creative, playful and eclectic in my approach. I graduated Naropa University MA in Transpersonal Counseling with a focus on Art Therapy. Colorado Counseling for addictions training.

I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, social anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and the pressure of high expectations. I use a collaborative and creative approach, often integrating mindfulness to help clients stay grounded and build awareness of their thoughts and emotions. Depending on each person’s needs, I may incorporate art-based activities, coping skills training, or reflective conversation. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to grow.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed addiction counselor (LAC), and registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT). I take a whole-body, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to counseling and utilize a variety of modalities to address the unique needs of clients. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings and I am passionate about helping others navigate and rise above life’s challenges.

I have a heart to see breakthrough, healing, and freedom for my clients. I have 20+ years history of working with adolescents and adults with learning differences: neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and executive functioning deficits. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, abuse, identity, and somatic issues.

I am a licensed therapist based in Golden, CO. I offer in person visits at my office in downtown Golden, which is a convenient distance from Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Edgewater, Westminster, and Denver’s Westside. I also offer remote sessions online. Prior to earning my BS in Psychology followed by a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver in 2010, I graduated from CU Boulder in 1994 where I received my BA in English Literature. I look forward to assisting you with your counseling needs.
