I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in El Segundo, California, offering both in-person and

online sessions. My practice centers on depression, codependency, and trauma and PTSD, and I bring a

warm, grounded presence to every session. I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that once served

them but no longer do, whether in relationships, identity, or day to day coping. Many of my clients are

navigating big life transitions, including new parenthood, since I recently became a parent myself and

understand how much that can reshape a person's sense of self. My goal is to create a space where you

feel safe enough to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and reconnect with what matters to you.

My path into psychiatry is both professional and personal. I moved to the U.S. alone at 17 while navigating complex PTSD and periods of misdiagnosis, which shaped how I understand mental health today. I began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Nankai University, then trained as a nurse and nurse practitioner at Charles R. Drew University and Purdue University.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked across medical and mental health settings, developing an approach that balances clinical precision with individualized care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and complex PTSD, particularly for individuals who feel stuck or haven’t found relief in traditional treatment.

I’m licensed in California, Virginia, New York, Washington, and Oregon, and provide care via telehealth.

I have EMDR certification work completed and pursuing next level training as an EMDR Consultant because I'm passionate about this work. We don’t just talk about trauma — we process it at the nervous system level so your brain and body can begin to heal. For EXAM anxiety, we dive quickly into EMDR to process.
