Arti has been working within the child welfare world for 24 years and has been part of almost every aspect of the system from preventative services to residential services to investigation of child abuse and neglect. Arti specializes in childhood trauma, trauma of all kinds, and family relationships.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and respected. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep difficulties. I partner with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects their goals, preferences, and needs.

With over 36 years in behavioral health, I've worked across inpatient, outpatient, corrections, education, and management settings — with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals navigating substance use and serious mental illness. But what drives me isn't my resume; it's this: mental illness is a bully, and no one deserves to be bullied. Nobody asked for it, and there is real courage in asking for help. I want to be a rock upon which mental illness breaks — helping people feel heard, seen, and able to enjoy life again. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking, backpacking, or spending time with my dogs.

With over 9 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from childhood through older adulthood in navigating mental health challenges. I specialize in supporting women through the unique emotional and psychological challenges that can occur during different stages of life, including postpartum, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), infertility, menopause, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
