My approach to care integrates psychotherapy with medication management. I provide therapy for patients whose psychiatric medications I also manage, allowing for a coordinated and personalized treatment plan that supports both emotional and medical aspects of mental health.

With over 20 years of experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and now as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am deeply committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I spent years as a registered nurse caring for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I am also a foster and adoptive parent, which has given me a very personal understanding of how trauma and mental health challenges can affect the entire family. I have a special place in my heart for children, teens, and families, while welcoming individuals from all walks of life.
