As your therapist, my belief is simple: everyone deserves someone in their corner as they navigate life’s challenges. Talking through what we carry is often the first step toward understanding the barriers that shape our day‐to‐day experiences. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting adults and youth facing trauma, transitions, and mental health concerns. I’m currently open to working with anyone who is seeking a new perspective, a different approach, or a space to explore what’s happening in their life with honesty and support.
I believe healing happens best when compassion and laughter meet. In our work together, you'll find a space grounded in honesty, vulnerability, and genuine human connection-free of judgment, filled with support, and occasionally lightened by humor. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with what brings meaning to your life.

Hi, I’m Angilee, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of healthcare experience and recently completed advanced training in mental health care. I’ve worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’m passionate about helping you feel better and take control of your mental health.
As a clinician I provide evidence based treatments including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, mindfulness based stress reduction, and compassion focused therapy. In addition to these practices, I incorporate an art as therapy treatment for those that find communicating verbally intimidating. I have several specializations, including one in child/adolescent mental health; and another one in trauma focused best practices. Over the past year, I have been incorporating indigenous knowledge and respectful design into my work with the tribal members in South America.

I'm glad you're here! I work with clients from young adulthood-late adulthood moving through big shifts: a major life change, the loss of someone or something that mattered, or a relationship that's grown painful or unclear. These life events tend to scramble your footing and stability. Much of what I do is help you shake off limiting beliefs and feelings to regain your footing.
Therapeutic Approach: Reflective · Collaborative · Unhurried. We move at a pace that lets real understanding take hold, and I treat you as the expert on your own life. My job is to think alongside you.
What clients often feel before we start: People usually come to me when they've been managing something for a while and the managing has stopped working.
What drew me to this work: I'm drawn to the idea that healing and growth are already in clients, often blocked by experiences that never got fully processed. A lot of my work uses EMDR, which rests on that same premise: given the right conditions and support, the mind moves toward adaptation and resolution on its own. Before we go anywhere difficult, we build the footing for it with a few reliable tools and a sense that you can stay grounded even when hard material surfaces. Watching someone reach the point where a memory or a pattern finally loosens its grip, is why I enjoy this work.
My biggest strength is discernment and attunement: I listen closely to the patterns under the surface. I'll help you slow things down enough to see what's actually driving the moment. Pacing is part of the work.
Outside the office: My family and time outdoors are what keep me steady and energized. I swim, I read, and I seek out places and people that reset me. That's the same grounding I bring into the room with you.

I believe mental health treatment should be compassionate, individualized, and collaborative. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard while we work together to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs and goals.
