I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. Most of all, I believe real change starts with a genuine, comfortable relationship.
My style of therapy works best with those who are seeking healing that goes beyond just the symptoms. I want my clients to move toward a fuller life, that does not stop at just managing symptoms and moving on. Therapy can be scary and sometimes difficult, but there is hope! I dedicate myself to assuring my clients feel safe to do the hard work to heal. If you are unhappy and seeking more from life, I believe I can help.
I specialize in religious trauma and grief, but can also work with a myriad of issues. I offer a safe place to bring your story and the interpersonal and professional skill to help you move through your pain. I focus much of my therapy on meaning-creation, values, and body-centered interventions.
I have spent much of my own time and finances to my own therapeutic work and believe strongly in the process. Our relationship is central and I understand how difficult it can be to open up to pain in the presence of another. You will find me to be empathetic, understanding, and open. Contact me and start your journey of healing and hope.
