Hi, I’m Chandler Reed, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with adults facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, other mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical, combining medication management and therapy when helpful. I aim to create a calm, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I began my career working directly with adolescent girls in a residential setting. This experience shaped my passion for creating safe and supportive spaces where people feel seen, understood, and valued. I later earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and have worked across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings with both adolescents and adults.
Throughout my career, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance use, and other behavioral health challenges. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT while also incorporating attachment theory, somatic-informed interventions, and other approaches tailored to each individual.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a space where you can be honest, feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences, and also feel empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you better understand yourself, build lasting tools for coping and connection, and move toward the life you want to create.
I'm a marriage and family therapist who loves to work with couples and families. I also do a lot of individual work with folks navigating grief and loss. I am trained in ART and use this tool to help clients work through trauma.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of experience. I attended the University of Utah and received a BS in Sociology, I received my Masters of Social Work at the University of Southern California (USC). I worked in healthcare for many years treating people with cancer, spinal cord injuries, TBI, and strokes. Additionally, I have worked in the ER in handling crises. I became very interested in working with bereavement and was certified as a bereavement counselor and have run grief support groups. I was a member of the Oncology Social Workers Association and was chair of a local chapter for many years. I was a member of the Association of Spinal Cord Injury Professionals (ASCIP) and sat on their Board for 2 years. I have a great interest in treating trauma from many sources such as first responders, military, police and firefighters and have been trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Thriving instead of just surviving.

I approach therapy as a collaborator. My method is client-centered and humanistic. I aim to accompany my clients in achieving the goals brought into the therapeutic environment with openness, empathy, and compassion. Creating goals in small steps is vital for progress and change. Identifying insecure attachment and dysfunctional patterns will lead to lasting change. My clients can learn to recognize unhealthy cycles and gain a deeper understanding of their attachment styles.
Currently, I do not provide therapy for couples or minors.
When life gives you lemons...
My education gave me the tools to be a skilled clinician. But it was my own trauma that gave me the insight and depth I bring to this work. I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel safe—to question everything, including yourself. I spent over a decade learning how to heal, reclaim my voice, and become the kind of guide I once needed.
In the midst of that long journey, I had a quiet moment of clarity: what I was going through wasn’t just about survival—it was about becoming someone who could walk with others through the dark. That experience grounds my work in both knowledge and deep compassion.
Learning to love the desert
I’ve come to believe that being lost isn’t a problem—it’s part of the path. Like La Loba, the mythical bone-gatherer who wanders the desert collecting what’s been buried and brings it back to life, I help others gather what they’ve lost along the way. That process is sacred, slow, and often surprising—but it’s how we come home to ourselves.
There are parts of you that haven’t died; they’ve just been waiting. And sometimes, when it all falls apart, that’s when the wild, wise parts of you rise again.
Hi there—I’m so glad you’re here. Life has thrown me my share of curveballs: childhood trauma, family struggles with addiction, deep losses, and the constant upheaval of moves and changing homes. Those experiences taught me what it feels like to question your worth—and how powerful it is to reclaim it.
Since 2022, I’ve been walking alongside people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to make sense of being human in a complicated world. As an EMDR-certified and EFT-trained therapist, I love helping clients uncover the roots of their pain and build the skills to heal and thrive. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and always centered on you—your story, your goals, your pace.
I work with teens and adults specializing in complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma related mental health issues. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about what therapy might offer, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want—with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I graduated with my Masters degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater Massachusetts.
I have a wide array of experience, working with a variety of populations, and mental health concerns.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
I bring 20 years of experience as a social worker across a range of mental health settings, but individual therapy is where I feel most at home. I often work with people navigating life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and that “stuck” feeling. I also use DBT-informed approaches to help build coping skills and emotional balance.
I strive to help individuals who have been plagued by past or current trauma. I am here to empower within and help my clients uncover who they truly are. My goal is to connect with your potential, find wellness, and create meaning. Finding a therapist who empathizes yet pushes you is never easy. My gentle approach will aid clients in understanding their maladaptive thought patterns and challenging the narrative that has kept them stuck for so long.
I'm John, a licensed psychologist practicing in Utah and California. I started out in information technology because I loved computers and making sense of data, but over time I found I enjoyed working with people more than working with machines, so I went back to school and earned my doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD). Since then I have worked in counseling centers, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and schools, and I have really enjoyed applying the science of psychology to help people understand themselves and navigate the challenges of everyday life. I see teens, young adults, adults, and older adults for concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationships, men's mental health, and questions of religion and spirituality.
