I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved supervisor in Texas. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from The University of Texas at Tyler. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of past experiences that continue to show up in the present.

In my work, I focus on creating a space that feels steady, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Many of the people I work with aren’t always sure where to start. They may just know that something feels off or overwhelming. Together, we begin to make sense of those experiences in a way that feels more manageable.

I received a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been trained in EMDR, IFS, PIT, psychedelic-assisted therapy, Relational Life therapy and Gottman Level One. I work with adult individuals and couples and specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, addiction, trauma, codependency, and relationships.
