I help adults struggling with trauma and PTSD, including the lasting effects of childhood abuse; panic attacks and anxiety; grief and loss; narcissistic abuse; betrayal; and difficult or harmful relationships. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, questioning yourself after a painful relationship, or simply tired of surviving instead of fully living.
With 35 years of experience, I understand that what brings you to therapy today is often connected to experiences and relationships that have shaped you over many years. My work focuses on helping you understand those connections, heal old wounds, build on your strengths, and change patterns that no longer serve you.

You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've stopped checking in with yourself. Or maybe life changed unexpectedly, and you're trying to figure out who you are now.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, families, veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the stress that comes from simply trying to keep up. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm easy to talk to, calm, honest, and genuine. Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to have it all figured out. You can show up exactly as you are, and we'll take it one step at a time.
