I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice–trained Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a career shaped by service, compassion, and a genuine love for helping people feel seen, supported, and capable of healing. My doctoral project focused on reducing seclusion rates for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder using evidence‐based, trauma‐informed interventions—an area close to my heart as a parent of a special‐needs child. On a personal note, I’m a mom of two boys, happily married for 11 years, and the proud owner of four dogs. These parts of my life help me stay balanced, grounded, and connected—values I bring into every therapeutic relationship.
