I work often with D1 athletes & pros (as well as their family members). I love supporting the romantic partners of people in the public eye. Though I often work with athletes I am not a Sports Psych. In fact, I don’t even follow sports! I’m here for the rest of your life and identity.

As a therapist I have a genuine interest in humans and human behavior. I have been in the Mental Health Field since 2006. I have had multiple experiences that has helped me to be aware of problems that individuals may face today. I use CBT, SFT, and other Modalities using a humanistic approach to understand and guide you. I accept you as you are and will guide you with all training and experiences as the backdrop. She specializes in various areas of psychotherapy in including – Christian focused, Trauma focused, Addiction and recovery, Veteran PTSD and Military sexual trauma, depression/anxiety/bipolar disorder, Grief and victims of abuse.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient services. I am seasoned in working with depression, anxiety, attachment and relationships, self-esteem and identity building and trauma.

As a mental health professional with many years of biomedical research experience, I have a deeper understanding of the neuro-developmental mechanisms underlying trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders.
