Hello! I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 11 years of clinical experience helping individuals, couples, first responders, and families navigate stress, life transitions, PTSD, relationship impasses, trauma, depression and anxiety.
Throughout my career—directing crisis counseling units, consulting in high-stakes environments, and leading private practice care—I have worked with people facing overwhelming life circumstances. I understand that therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are used to being the "strong one" for everyone else. My goal is to offer a grounded, confidential, and judgment-free environment where we cut through the noise, make sense of what is happening under the surface, and build practical strategies for meaningful relief.
I’m Laura, a licensed therapist with 13 years of experience helping adults navigate life transitions, stress, and personal growth. My approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate, drawing on my professional training as well as real-life experience. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

I believe you deserve a space where you can be completely yourself without judgment. My style is warm, compassionate, creative, and empowering, and I work alongside you to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and develop strategies that fit your life and goals.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped to create meaningful change.

Hi! My name is Nicks Hasley. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2022 I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults. I specialize in trauma and grief counseling. I also do career counseling along with counseling for depression and anxiety. I also have experience in with play therapy for children from 3-10 years old.
Everyone has their own unique journey when it comes to healing, and it’s important to me to give my clients a space where they always feel valued and respected. Whether you’re working through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or another challenge life has brought your way, it’s okay to ask for help. With over 4 years of experience, I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors, helping them make sense of what they’re going through and find ways to feel better.
I am excited to work with clients who feel ready for change, are curious about themselves, their relationships, and the ways in which their experiences have shaped them. I have collaborated with individuals across the lifespan and families across their development to find greater joy, acceptance, and meaning within themselves. My clients describe me as energetic, compassionate, patient, and creative. I meet clients where they are and endeavor to walk with them through life's ups and downs. In my work I draw inspiration from Robyn Gobel, Pema Chödrön, and Dr. Raquel Martin.
I am honored to be exploring your healing journey with you. We live in a world where mental healthcare is stigmatized and self-care is a fix-all when what we really need is community care. Healing happens within the context of relationships. I hope to build therapeutic relationships with clients to help them flourish and meet their goals.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out! Do you ever have those days when things are especially difficult?? When "Life is Lifing" as we say?? Many of the people that I meet and work with are looking for support with mental health, substance abuse, and/or management of traumatic events. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I'm also a Mom of three and a dog Mom of two who likes to practice what I preach in my own life. As a strong believer in the mental/physical health connection, a lot of my focus is incorporating integrated health into our treatment approach. I also support an intimate hospice team in my area so I am comfortable having uncomfortable conversations about life. If you are interesting in giving therapy a shot, or just learning a bit more about my approach, feel free to reach out and we'll see where it takes us.
