I help people move from simply coping to genuinely thriving. I hold a Master's in Human Relations with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma, along with advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My background spans neurological rehabilitation, residential behavioral health, crisis intervention, and telehealth — and my experience outside of clinical work gives me a grounded, practical understanding of stress, leadership dynamics, and personal growth. I work with adults and youth ages 8 and older, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
I’m a Black, queer therapist dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for teens and adults navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, identity exploration, racial stress and trauma, and issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
I understand that culture, identity, family dynamics, and systemic experiences can deeply impact mental health, and I strive to provide therapy that honors the full complexity of who you are. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem, burnout, or navigating life as a queer person of color, therapy with me is a space where you do not have to shrink yourself to be accepted.
Fun facts about me, I enjoy video games, weight lifting, anime, pop music and pop cultrue. I make Tik Toks for fun.
Specializing in anxiety, sex therapy, and trauma recovery. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology, am EMDR-trained, and am currently pursuing my Sex Therapy Certification through the Sexual Health Alliance. My work focuses on helping clients heal from trauma, reduce anxiety, and cultivate emotional and sexual well-being through a compassionate, evidence-based approach. Before becoming a therapist, I built a strong background in business, leadership, and process improvement, which now helps me bring clarity, structure, and empowerment into the therapy space. I use these strengths to help clients recognize their capabilities and move toward meaningful change.
I work with teenagers and adults, addressing anxiety, trauma, sexual concerns, women’s issues, and attachment challenges. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I strive to create a welcoming and affirming environment for every client.
Reaching out for support isn’t easy, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges—whether anxiety, grief, or the weight of past experiences—on your own. I’m honored to walk beside you on your path toward healing, growth, and self-understanding.
