I am not an expert on you, but we can work together to understand what is getting in the way of your goals and make plans to address these areas. I am here to help you figure out what needs to change and to guide you through the process of improving your mental health and growing as a person. I am a caring, open, and non-judgmental person, who loves cats, music, reading, and video games. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially around a bon fire.

With 20 years of experience, I have moved past clinical jargon to focus on what actually works: true empathy and genuine human connection. My practice is built on real-world experience, and I am dedicated to helping people navigate life with clarity and strength.

I also focus on women’s issues, professional burnout, navigating major life transitions, and the art of setting healthy boundaries. My name is Steven Reedy. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring ideals from both the medical and nursing models of care in a holistic approach. In doing so, this allows me to care for you with compassion, as a whole person, and with the latest evidence-based practices. My journey to mental healthcare My background as a nurse was eight years of acute care. I was an Emergency Department and ICU nurse for almost a decade before I switched my focus to Mental Health. I observed firsthand the deficit in mental health care and prevention and wanted to devote my career to recognition, advocating prevention, and resources for patients with mental health needs.
