As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), I work with adolescents and adults. My clinical focus is treating anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach is integrative and strength-based, incorporating Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Psychotherapy. I have over 13 years of experience in crisis counseling and private practice, and I am committed to helping clients develop effective coping skills and move toward more meaningful, balanced lives.

I pride myself on diversifying my skill set as a social worker and have worked in a myriad of settings over the years. I have experience ranging from community mental health, inpatient acute psychiatric, outpatient, mental health policy, and veteran’s healthcare.

My areas of expertise include psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, military and non-military PTSD, interpersonal and relationship issues, family conflict, stress, and self-esteem. I see both individuals from 18 years old and upward as well as couples for couples counseling. My treatment modalities vary from CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
